The 3rd chick of the 2012 nesting season has arrived on Mothers Day 5/14/2012 about 8:15am CDT. Mom and dad are both doing well. Keep checking the cam to get a look at the 3 chicks.

Below is a view of Lake Barkley as seen from the nest. This nest is in an ideal location for ospreys as they are close and have a great view of their fishing grounds, but not needing to contend with the rising level of the lake during heavy rains or floods.
